Clean energy is truly worth celebrating.
American Clean Power Week (ACPW) is a nationwide celebration of clean energy and the good-paying jobs the industry creates for all Americans.
This year’s theme for ACPW was “Building The Clean Energy Economy,” which highlighted the economic and environmental benefits clean energy technologies are bringing to communities across the United States.
Blattner joined American Clean Power, and other renewable energy companies across the country, to highlight wind power, solar power, energy storage and transmission infrastructure that delivers affordable and reliable clean energy to millions of American families and businesses.
Blattner teams added their support to the week by celebrating at job sites across the country and at our corporate office in Avon, Minnesota.
The teams at Blattner play a huge role in the current renewable energy movement. Between solar, wind and energy storage, Blattner has delivered 450-plus renewable energy projects across North America. Those projects have powered approximately 25 percent of all of the renewable energy in the United States and has built enough clean energy to power 14 million-plus homes while creating more than 5,000 jobs.
Blattner was proud to be part of the clean power workforce of 415,000 that is represented across the country. According to American Clean Power, more than one million Americans will have direct clean energy jobs by 2030.
Be sure to visit American Clean Power’s website to learn key facts about the technologies we celebrated throughout the week and about the economic benefits of clean power in your state.
Thank you to ACP, our teams and all the men and women in organizations across the United States who are powering us toward a better future!
