From Hunger to Hope
More than 30 project teams rallied to fight hunger, raising $90,000 and collecting 11,000+ items for food shelves nationwide alongside the corporate team. Since 1998, this tradition has generated $1 million in employee-driven support.
When Seconds Matter, We Stand Together
The Avon Fire Department near Blattner’s headquarters in Minnesota needed an AV upgrade to keep first responders connected. Our IT team stepped up, volunteering time to install the system, and Blattner contributed $30,000 toward equipment costs. This partnership helps first responders have the tools they need when every second counts.
Honoring Service Through Sport
In February, employees, families, fans and sponsors rallied for the fifth annual Blattner’s Warrior Showcase hockey event. Thanks to strong support, we raised over $50,000 for the Minnesota Warriors Ice Hockey Program, which provides camaraderie and healing for wounded, injured and disabled veterans. Our lifetime contribution now tops $196,000, a testament to our gratitude for those who served. Read more here.
Community Support After Tragedy
A project team stepped up when a bus accident injured members of a local high school girls’ softball team and left their coach in critical condition. They helped organize the community benefit by managing the fundraiser, volunteering time and donating items, raising over $5,000 for the team and their families. Their support reflected our culture of empathy and service.
Where Community Comes Together
This summer, Avon came alive with hometown pride. From sponsoring fireworks and joining the Spunktacular Days parade to investing $50,000 to update the city ballpark, we helped spark moments that bring neighbors together. These efforts will foster connection for years to come.
Empowering Women Leaders
More than 160 Blattner women joined hundreds of peers at the 2025 Women of Influence Summit, an event focused on professional development, leadership growth and networking. We proudly served as Community Sponsor for the fourth year. The summit celebrates courage, authenticity and heart, offering a place where women of all backgrounds can connect, grow and build community. Read more here.
Spirit of Giving
During the holiday season, our project teams across the country and our corporate office brought generosity to life. They supported local food pantries, provided Thanksgiving meals and organized toy and essentials drives that helped lift spirits during a meaningful time of year. Together, these efforts strengthened communities and offered comfort where it mattered most.
