Uncommon Leadership in Action: Blattner Women Shine at 2025 Women of Influence Summit

Blattner is committed to fostering leadership grounded in courage, authenticity and heart. We believe these qualities grow stronger when more women are empowered to lead. Supporting their development is an investment in a more inclusive team, a stronger industry and the communities where we live and work.
This commitment was on full display last week as more than 160 women from across Blattner’s project sites and corporate headquarters joined hundreds of other women professionals at the 2025 Women of Influence Summit, hosted by Next Monday.
This year’s summit centered on the theme Uncommon Leadership — a call for women to embrace their unique strengths, trust their instincts and stand firm in their values, even when it’s uncomfortable. For Blattner employees, it was a chance to come together to reflect, recharge and invest in their growth as leaders at work and beyond.
Blattner was proud to be the Community Sponsor of the event for the fourth consecutive year and shared this message that celebrates the women who are building Blattner:
A Gathering for Growth and Connection
Blattner attendees kicked off their summit experience the night before with a special networking event that gave team members from across the company a rare opportunity to connect, share experiences and build relationships. Blattner’s executive leaders opened the event by sharing their support and celebrating the accomplishments of the teams in the room, setting the stage for a meaningful and memorable event.
The day following the summit, Blattner attendees gathered again for a post-event workshop to discuss key takeaways and how to bring new perspectives back to their teams.
Blattner’s support for the Women of Influence Summit reflects our broader commitment to advancing women at every level of our organization. Our Women’s Employee Resource Group (WERG) plays a key role by connecting women across the company with resources, networking, coaching and development programs. Whether on a project site or at headquarters, the WERG helps women grow as leaders, create meaningful connections and thrive in their careers.

The work we do building the energy projects that power America matters and the women of Blattner are essential to that purpose. Their leadership continues to grow and their influence is felt companywide. By fostering a culture of belonging and opportunity, we build stronger teams, better projects and a brighter future.
