The 173.96-megawatt solar project is located in Albany, Georgia. Blattner’s scope included the engineering, design, procurement and construction of the solar array and collection system. All grading, road construction, installation and electrical work on the approximately 800-acre site was also performed by Blattner.

The Blattner team powered forward to deliver this project on time and safely despite numerous challenges, including:

- Drought turned to heavy thunderstorms
